Investment Advisor

Monoceros Capital Management seeks an Independent Financial Advisor to join young investment firm that can develop and manage client relationships. The Advisor will be supplied with tools to assist in business growth. We have investment strategies in place for all types of investors--from capital preservation to speculation--that can be marketed to prospective clients. Investment research, trading, marketing brochures, sales action plans, networking event schedules, prospecting lists, contact management systems, compliance, account management and reporting will all be handled by Monoceros. If proven successful, the Advisor will be eligible for a generous bonus payout. We offer a very competitive payout structure to the new hire.

Responsibilities

-Business development
-Attend networking events and promote services
-Meet with clients to go over firm updates and account activity
-Orchestrate seminars and/or workshops to present services offered by Monoceros

Requirements

-Interests in capital markets and investments in general
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Communications
-Must possess Series 63 and 65 or Series 66
-Experience in presentation and public speaking
-Demonstrate ability to market yourself
-High level of professionalism
-Confidence in both inside and outside sales (must be willing to walk into a business and offer retirement and advisory services)
